Returns Policy

Products purchased through the Venture Snowboards website or showroom may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that products are in their original packing and in new, unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns on snowboards that have been mounted with bindings or splitboard hardware, or boards that have been waxed, ridden, or otherwise used/modified. We reserve the right to reject your return if these conditions are not met.

Unless we have shipped the wrong product in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please insure your package for the original purchase price of the item. Venture Snowboards will not be held responsible for products that are damaged in shipping.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number clearly on the outside packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return packages without an RA number.

Items purchased through Authorized Venture Dealers are not eligible for returns through Venture Snowboards. Please ask the shop you purchased from about their return policy.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

Exchanges

We do not currently have the ability to process exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow this two step process: 1) create a return for the item you are exchanging; and 2) place a new order for the item you would like to replace it with.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We offer free domestic ground shipping on all snowboard orders. When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. Please note the state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. 

We ship to most countries. For international orders, tax and duty fees may be charged by your country when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility. 

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders

Venture Snowboards accepts online orders or you may purchase items in-person at our Silverton showroom. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or fax.
